    Does anyone have accurate information regarding the difference in effectiveness of Topical Minoxidil and Topical Finasteride? I believe that Topical Finasteride is relatively new. I've been on 7.5 milligrams of oral finasteride weekly for a long time and I'm thinking about discontinuing it. Dr. Keene in Tucson did a great job with my transplants over twenty years and I don't want to ruin her work. Many thanks in advance for your help.
