  1. You really are just a horrible bloke aren’t you. All I see is your crappy posts to people. Surprised you’re allowed to keep posting. TB I think this is actually looking really good. I’ll be honest I think it looks better when your hair is a little longer on top.
  2. Another beauty I just found from a few years ago:
  3. This is probably the harshest light I could do it under:
  4. So a year on and here are the results: Im very pleased, when I look back at what I looked like its so much better. Its felt a long road at times and I still hope to have the touch up to finish it off. Im not sure if I will ever look at getting my crown looked at as my journey was not just cosmetic but also involved my scar and how it made me feel mentally. If anyone is looking to have an op done I would suggest do your research and choose carefully, Dr Farjo and his team were incredible and I couldnt recommended them highly enough. This is what it looked like on the day of the op, I look at this quite often as it reminds me how far its come.
  5. So exactly 11 months post op. Im really happy, its getting thicker all the time and at this stage am due a trim as taking these photos has shown me its looking a bit messy! Hair has gone a little lighter which I think is due to the sun we've been having but apart from that only positives.
  6. One of the best I’ve seen. Incredible mate, congrats.
  7. So 8 months on and Im still over the moon although I am experiencing some shedding which is bit worrying. After applying regaine foam I have noticed a fair few hairs in my hand after each time. Thinking it might be the next cycle? I had my 6 month check up with dr Farjo and I did mention about one of the sides being a little thinner than the other, he said there was still time for it to come in but if it doesnt they woudl look at a free touch up. I thought this was great as there are no guarantees as we all know I was just happy they have said they can try and sort if it doesnt come through. Anyway here are the images taken today and I have taken some of the gap. Any feedback welcome.
  8. Hi guys, thinking about reducing minox fom application to once a day. When I do it in the morning it leaves my hair quite dry and stringy compared to if I dont apply it. Anyone had any experience of reducing and did it have any effects? Reading mixed stuff on the internet so thought I'd ask.
  9. So had a time hop thing yeseterday and this was teh photo from last yer ar:
  10. So 7 months post op. Have just had a little trim and pretty happy. Picture when wet as well so you can see what that slike.
  11. Looking great mate- you must be really chuffed. Yours looks really dark as does mine now post op at a similar length of time. Are you using minoxidil more regularly now than you were pre op? Im using it twice a day religously and my hair is so dark and thick sense using it post op.
  12. Very similar to me this- although you don’t have loss on the crown like I do. Great results, gives me great hope for how mine will turn out.
  13. Think you suit the short hair look mate. You are just getting to the good stage, mine was really progressive from this point on. Happy growing mate, keep us posted.
  14. Thanks guys, appreciate you commenting. The things thats got me is how dark and thick all my hair has gone. Do you think the wiry appearance will thicken up and make it appear even thicker?
  15. Few days short of 6 months, Im really happy but like I think most people say you start to get greedy. When I look back at photos Im over the moon but Im still hopeful it will thicken up some what and fill in the gaps that are still there. Any comments appreciated:
  16. I think it looks good- but like you say some better pictures would be great.
  17. Dolph Id be really interested to see some pictures with a decent camera- are you able to borrow one at all? Your pictures at 6 months looks great and the latest pictures look completely different. Would be great to see with a new iphone camera or something.
  18. Thanks Dolph- appreciate you following this thread and commenting as always nice to get feedback. I realise I havent had the Hollywood number of grafts and therefore people aren’t too interested but I’m excited to see where it goes. A question for you though- did the front side bits come in later for you? Desperate for them to I’ll in like the front has so have complete coverage.
  19. So 5 months post op and things have started moving. For contrast here is an image from the day of my surgery: My hair is loads darker and thicker- I have been very strict in using minoxidil foam morning and night and have been taking Biotin every day. Did anyone else find that their hair got darker and Im also getting a fair few grey hairs! Not worried about that one bit but Im pretty happy so far. The sides where there are gaps have little hairs coming through and there seems to be more each day so am feeling loads more confident and havent worn a hat now for a couple of weeks.
  20. So a few days shy of 4 months post. Its all starting to grow, maybe not as quick as I would like but I suppose patience has and still is the name of the game...
  21. THeres definitely a marked difference mate, a lot less skin on show too! Having these procedures done is all about how it makes you feel and if it makes you feel better then that’s ace! Good for you mate
  22. Apparently the bulbs are normal and just where the hairs have grown through. So here we are 3 months post, things are starting to happen. There are new hairs appearing where they wasnt any before.
