In my opinion the best in terms of quality and price are Koray-ASMED or Maras-HDC... but they are not in LA ... one is in Turkey and the other one in Cyprus I think they are about 2.5 euros/graft

If somebody accuse me and other clinics of falsehood going off the topic i have no choice but to defend myself and I am with the obligation to alert the forum who this character if i really know him... but i think with his own interventions it is quite clear. In cases of this kind of grafting between hair he has proven is good... so in that case dont worry about. But how old are you? ... you have stabilized the alopecia? do you take finasteride? If not and you are young be aware that in a few years need to add density again ... these cases are a bit sensitive in this regard

Apologize again for misunderstand, I never said that he is very good as other says, for me is not even in the top 10 of FUE... somebody ask me the following question and i answer in terms comparing Lorenzo with Chueco... and in this case i think Lorenzo is better than Chueco I know you are not a fan of Lorenzo, but you do not believe Chueco is very good either? A doctor who has problems with the density in the first lines can not be listed on top ...

Sorry maybe I have explained wrong, I meant that in Spanish forums over the years we has not been seeing any case published by some patient of this kind (nw1-2 ) solved in terms of density ... there were some one a few years ago and failed... since then we didnt see more so I was surprised to see this one. We have only seen cases of high nw and most of the times with 2 or 3 passes Perhaps it improved in terms of density, and I hope to be wrong, I'll be happy to finally seeing a case of this type well resolved by him, I just have my doubts

Don't worry, in spain we know him so well, we know that to have up to 10,000 grafts cases from the donor area is very impressive and sells a lot in terms of marketing ... but if you can count you will know that miracles doesn't exist.... in terms of donor area units average available i mean. These 10,000 grafts cases are from patients having first a donor site above 100 grafts/cm2 , much amounts of multiple units and good hair caliber ...ie exceptional cases ... thats all. What he says he is doing is to apply the technique of " splitting" , so he search for multiple units or family and leave a hair in each in the donor so that the donor area is more distributed... certainly a technique known long term and carried indirectly... So only serves to patients who have alot of multiple units... and in the end the number of hairs in your hed gonna remain the same... paying much more of course;-)... make numbers please... Excuse that disagrees with you but I am an active member of spanish forum and we are there following for many years Dr Lorenzo and we don't consider him a Top... It's good for advanced alopecia where patients do not want strip and achieves a normal coverage and with an optical effects is happy ... but if you need good density with his implanter is incapable of it ... besides with this tool not control the angles of the grafts as if they do using the lateral slit for example .... So this Dr does not reach the level of doctors as Feriduni, Bisanga, Lupanzula, Koray, Maras and Mwamba, etc ... given examples of Europe working FUE... and with the implanter he never will...
