i was enquiring about a product that they sold . I sent them an email and i got a phone call from the owners so they are open and they had the decency to call too which means good customer relations.

I know its a bit late for a response but Optima Hair is the best in the hair replacement business i have been too. I'm a young hair wearer of five years and i never ever seen anything professional clean salonwise and helpful staff. They offer you a personal consultant whio is available via a call and u can arrange part payment or mnthly instalments. and the owner doesnt sell u anything. its awesome. i just couldnt afford it anymore travelling etc thats why i left but given the opportunity i wud def go back to it.
