  1. Hey Martin28! Can you please give us some updates? I hope you are in good position after 4,5 month of your HT and you are seeing already some nice results of your surgery. Have you beaten eczema?
  2. Hey. I think i have NW4a-5a as well. I don't believe that i get higher NW status but who knows the future. In my opinion my father has the same hairloss pattern like i have. Hairloss is from hairline to crown area but crown area itself (viewing back) is strong. If i look at your pictures then i think i have quite similar hairloss. This is the reason why i like to see your results I think i'm going to make topic about my hairloss as well when i'm getting closer to the date of hairtransplant.
  3. Hey Martin28. Thanks for posting here. I hope you keep posting here when you have had operation with Dr. Keser. I'm really interested to see how you are healing, how big area is going to be covered and how your results turn out finally. Maybe i'm having surgery with him too this year in summer. Results what i have seen by him in internet amazes me a lot and i believe Dr Keser is the right choice. Dr. Keser does 650-800 grafts per day, maximun 3000 per session to guarantee the quality of the transplant. No rush here in my opinion and this is good only! If some people tell that they are not be able to endure a procedure over 4 days then i would say against this what they really want finally? Do they want nice head of hair or they wanna have crap hair and later wanna repair bad surgery (rushing = not so big survival rate of grafts in my opinion)? If transplant doesn't come out good then you have wasted grafts (grafts are limited!!!), money, time + you have put a lot of emotions and hope to the hair transplant and if your hopes suddenly go broke then you are not happy at all. So, 4 days surgery is nothing if you can have rest of your life nice full head of hair. This is the most important thing to me. Martin28, just wanted to ask do you focus on your transplant at the moment on whole of you balding area or you wanna do first frontal part with 2500 grafts and on your second surgery you are going to fix rest of your balding area with 1500 grafts? What kind of hairline do you wanna have? Do you wanna have nice rounded/flat hairline or you are going to have U/V shape hairline? Have you discussed this with dr Keser? Maybe you have drawn hairline on you pictures (or even face with marker and later captured this with camera) what kind of hairline you are expecting to have? I like nicely rounded (or flat) hairlines. U or V shape hairlines doesn't look good in my opinion. But i understand that nicely ronded hairlines requires more grafts.
  4. If you will choose another doc will Dr Umar compensate financially your next surgery? He didn't gave you the results what you hoped for and you need to fix his "failures". 2 years has passed. I think it's not only your responsibility to fix this situation alone. Dr Umar has a part of it because he did the surgery, took from you ~15 000$ i guess. I think it's quite selfish by the docs to show only good results and silent down bad outcomes. And i believe that people who stop posting in forums their results after surgery didn't got what they hoped for. I'm quite sure that Drew35 who had more than 5000 grafts surgery by Umar didn't got good results. He's last post here was about year ago and we didnt see any outcome. If I was in your shoes i think i never wouldn't think about FUT procedure. FUE is the way to go because after strip surgery i think you gonna hate you have scar back of your head. It takes oportunity to shave your head in the future if you need to. You are young guy. Think more before having FUT. I think Dr Rahal is good choice but i myself would choose Dr Keser. In my opinion Keser doesn't rush with the surgery (he does 600-800 grafts per day like i have seen in internet) and all results what i have seen by him have been very good. I haven't found from internet any negative feedback about him. And i think only final results are important (not that you must have fast surgery 2000-3000 graft per single day) because you are going to live with these results rest of your life. I just in case mention that I haven't had any HT yet. Above are just my feelings about having HT. Btw I'm checking frequently different HT forums last 2-3 years already i think.
  5. can you post the link please? i tried to find but no luck. edit... ahh, i think i found this but i don't understand about the photos what was posted there. Was the photos 10 months before repair or those were after photos? To me seems that those were before photos and there isn't any photos after his repair procedure over 4000 grafts. Or...?
  6. More than year has gone. Can you please update this case? I'm very interested to see how his hair look now. I hope he is very happy and results turned out like was planned.
  7. Here are a little bit bigger pics if you wanna see them. Forum made previously attached pics automatically a lot smaller.
  8. Sorry for hijacking your photos but to me seems you have very nice and strong hair and this gave me some impression how would you look like if you would have a hairline like i designed myself for you with Photoshop (look attachements). There are 3 pictures: 1. your current hairline 2. hairline drawings (lines) 3. hairline with photoshopped hair (using hairline design #2). I'm perfectionist lol. I think your hairline would look absolutely perfect like i designed with photoshop. It doesn't mean that your hairline isn't good atm too (maybe you are already 100% happy with your hair) but i think it could be even better. What do you think about these photoshopped hairlines? Now question to HT surgeons - how much extra grafts he would need to get a hairline like i designed using Photoshop. Btw... my hair sucks. I need HT too
  9. corvettester - if you compare the area what was covered by his HT with your own HT which looks similar to me then you have used with your procedures 1000 more grafts. Your donor area isn't endless too and your are quite young too yea we have to take the note that you have had strip surgery but anyways you have had already 2 strips and that's not good in my opinion either. I have looked in different forums so many patients surgery pictures over 2-3 last years and to me seems dr Keser uses on the same area less grafts than any other docs and this is only good. I haven't seen any bad results by dr Keser and i even haven't seen any bad comments about him and if i'm going to have my own ht surgery done in the future then i probably choose dr Keser myself too. Gatsu - please keep us updated. I'd like to see your final outcome. Happy growth

  11. i really like his new hairline design. this is exactly what i'm dreaming about having my own hairline done in the future but i'm not sure do i have enough donor material to reach this. i hope you can give us regular updates about this case and i'm very interested to see how his final result turns out when all grafts are grown in. so, don't please forget to give us updates btw. what was his donor density? and what is his new hairline and temple points density? You mentioned that you filled in scars on his back of the head from his previous surgeries 20 fu/cm2. Is it possible to see his donor area pictures too and the area where you fixed his scars? all the best and give us updates
  12. i read your post and posted mine before you decided to edit your post. dind't read your post 2nd time. But lets turn back to the very 2 posts in this thread. why the hell did you told that FUE is bad and promoted him clearly to have FUT done. If he wanted 2500 FUE grafts then why promote FUT? You even haven't seen his complete hair loss. You have seen only profile pic i guess like everyone else (maybe even this profile pic doesn't belong him). Why to offer FUT. Only because of this that he wanted to have 2500 grafts? I wouldn't suggest anyone to have FUT done first. Do you want that this guy will end up in the future (for example after 8 years) at the same place like we see on the pics what Feller offered to another patient. Do you wanna take away from the patient possibility to shave his head? I just want that this guy who started his thread doesn't make bad decisions, he will be happy in his future life and of course i didn't like that you clearly promoted him to have FUT done.
  13. Where do you see there that his 1st surgery wasn't performed by Feller. He has written there: Surgical Treatments: 1 session (2100 grafts) at the age of 25 and another (2000) at the age of 33 (8 years later) Trooper had surgery performed by Alan Feller, D.O and ... 7 years later, im still wearing the hat when i walk out the door. Decided that i need another transplant to dense up what i have so went back to Dr. Feller and got another 2000 grafts.... i understand here only one thing - Feller did both surgeries. Yes, you show in your post the best photo what you could find there but check the top view of that patient as well. People don't see you only from front. This top view looks so thin that i rather would be happy to have possibility to shave it all off. i don't wanna see your bad FUT and FUE results. I have seen both of them. edit: one thing more. At the moment he have had already 2 strip surgeries. Of course this patient should go to FUT in the future (if it is possible) because he has already strip scar (or maybe 2 strip scarss). His hair loss is too advanced and he doesn't loose anything if doc doesn't make look his back of the head more "ugly" and make there more scars. But his very 1st bad choice was that he got FUT.
  14. [/url]This guy has updated his blog where dr Feller offered him 2 surgeries (seems FUT). I hope he is not mind that i posted his link here. spex - this is the reason why i wouldn't do FUT never! Like you see one of your recommended doc has made 4000+ grafts and results are very very poor in my opinion. Now he can't shave his head! He just have to accept with his situation. Lived through 2 surgeries and wasted money without nothing. Got only 1 (or 2?) strip scars back of his head and i believe he is not happy with this at all. People have to think to the longer period and they have to think what happens when results doesn't turn out like they hoped.
  15. i have hair loss too. i have had online consultation where doc told i need about 2400-2700 grafts. maybe in this summer i'm going to have fue surgery but i'm not very sure yet. time will tell. i have had most of my life longer hair (i'm soon 28). shaved (actually cut it with the razor the shortest ~1mm or so) my hair first time last summer because my hair is so crap and in summer time when wind blows i would look ridiculous. shaved head didn't look as bad as i thought. shaved my hair again week ago. and with shaved head you don't think about your hair (loss) so often than you do with longer hair. if i have longer hair then they will get greasy quite fast (2nd day they will look greasy already) and if your top of the head is thinned out then it looked more bad.
  16. i haven't had any surgeries (yet). I just have followed several forums during 1,5 years or so and i have seen several bad results from both - fut and fue. And even very skilled surgeons produce sometimes very poor results! if you get bad fut you are basically fuc*ed. people can't only think that they get superior results. they always have to think about this that if something goes wrong and results don't turn out like they were planned what they do next. with fut you basically don't have any options. get another surgery and try to fix this or keep you hair long to hide your scar rest of your life and pray for the god that you don't loose in the future more hair because if you do, you will look more ridiculous. and people have to think to the longer period than couple of years after their ht because hair loss is progressive. if your hair loss progresses and your are in this situation or in this then do you wanna have this kind of haircut or you wish you could shave your head?
  17. FUE megasessions isn't good in my opinion too where docs too for example 3000 in single day. These docs are only for profit in my opinion. Some docs do 3000 during 4-5 days etc and they get high density. To the patient is the most important to get full head of hair and to me it doesn't matter do i get these results with 3-4 extra surgery days. results what you get from ht are usually permanent and you can enjoy your hair with the rest of your life. 3-4 extra surgery days is piece of cake comparing with rest of your life.
  18. spex - in your 1st post to the people who needed ht you promoted only FUT and told FUE is bad etc. I see you represent good doc but i have seen poor cases from your doc too. Imagine when you got FUT and your results didn't turn out well what you would do next. You need to fix that and you can't shave your head too. Check this thread (link removed by moderator - we don't allow link backs to this website. Sorry for the inconvenience) and tell me is FUE beter than STRIP? I wouldn't too strip never. hairloss is progressive. you may look good after your strip maybe couple of years but if you loose more hair you are in problems again and if you currently don't have enough money to fix your situation you are just ****.
  19. FUE is way better than STRIP. FUE in experienced hand has high yield as strip. If your results don't turn out well with fue then you always have an option to shave your head. If your results don't turn out well with strip you can't shave your head never because of the scar on the back of your head. Surgeon makes the difference with your hair not FUE or FUT. Choose wisely. Live for today, plan for tomorrow.
  20. i don't think he has lost more hair after 2nd transplant. i have followed his case and i understand that: he had surgery with armani (2425 FUE) and it didn't turn out well he had 1st surgery with bisanga 1000 grafts (gaps what you see on the pics were the areas where bisanga didn't transplant any hair. bisanga suggested him to have 1800 grafts but stingray was conservative (reason 1st ht didn't turn out well) and tried 1st 1000 grafts) his first ht turned out very well with bisanga and now he had 2nd surgery with him again (800 grafts?) to fill those gaps. is this correct? hopefully it gives some lights to the other followers
  21. give it about 2 months more. i think most of people see big difference between 6-8 months after ht. fingers crossed
  22. finland2010 can you please give us some updates of your progress please?
  23. Well, i just thought i need to make post here because one well known hair loss site just decided to block me. I am on different forums and you probably all know forum "HS". I mentioned there couple of times about bad Armani results (6 days ago i asked and shared my own opinion about the Asian guy (he is presented on this site too) who's results were horrible after Armani HT. They delete there almost every post which is a little bit negative about Armani and they deleted one of my last posts/opinions there too and today 6 days later i noticed they even blocked me on that site because of this. "HS" seems to be too corrupted in my opinion and they protect there Armani whatever it costs. I just don't like that new people who started loosing their hair don't do enough research and if they choose the surgeon based only on the forum "HS" they might get fu**ed. But this is good that on that site are some very good and honest doctors too and hopefully new hair loss sufferers do their right choice choosing the best ht surgeon. One suggestion to new hair loss sufferers - do your research and visit as many different sites as possible (not only one site) and if you have chosen your ht surgeon then think once again and certainly try to find bad results about your chosen surgeon too. Don't let blind yourself only with good results. If you have found some bad results about your chosen dr then think about this are those results too bad or they isn't. Yea, it's good to think always positive but you must be very careful choosing your ht surgeon because if you get for example fue mega session (some docs provide even ~4000 FUE per day which is in my opinion just killing a lot of healthy grafts rushing with the surgery - money owns there not the patient results) and if you get zero growth then you are pretty much fu***d in the future. You must know the risks and you certainly have to think if this guy is you who gets very poor growth then what you decide to do after that? How you gonna live your life then? Until HM isn't available don't risk with your limited donor hairs choosing bad ht surgeon. You may have a huge amount of money but if you don't have enough available donor then money doesn't help you at all. Hair transplant is a big business like every other business in the world and some doctors do their job very well but at the same time some other dr.s do a lot of crap. Think carefully, do a lot of research and finally visit only the best ht surgeon.
