  1. Good to see Dr. Radha getting such a good review, I'm going to Vizag next week to have my surgery with her. Flip Flopped around Dr Radha, Dr Madhu and Dr Mohmand. I preferred Dr Radha's personal touch to Dr Madhu, and Pakistan is off limits for now. How many grafts did you get, any thoughts on Vizag worth knowing? Your results amazing, happy for you.
  2. Hi bro,

Wondering if you would mind answering a few questions about your experience with Dr Madhu/Hyderabad?

You got an e-mail add or something I could get you on, just so wouldn't have to do it all over this.

Going to prob go with Dr. Madhu but was looking for someone to clear up a few bits, that had done it already.

    my e-mail is: oceanic0815@hotmail.com

    Cheers,

    Dave

  3. Hi Chaps, Dr Madhu's work is obvious well regarded if he is a recommended doc, but what is the general feeling regarding his work with non-asian patients; is it as succesful? More specifically I have fair skin and dirty blonde hair (well I used to anyway). I am looking to book a surgery with him, was also thinking about Dr Mohmand but I'm concerned about safety in Pakistan from recent events. Any patients who have had treatment by Dr Madhu, feel free to throw in your thoughts in general also. Thanks, Gio
  4. Friends Pretty much covered my question in the title, but.. Does anyone know of a reputable surgeon that offers financing options for patients from the UK? I know a lot of Docs offer it in the US but obv just for US (or sometimes Canadian) citizens. Have seen some that offer it in the UK but none that I would trust with a plastic spoon, never mind a scalpel. It would greatly help my situation if so. Cheers chaps.
  5. Hi mate, Just wondering if you could give a few more details, like, how many grafts and hairs did you receive, and where were they placed. Also what was the cost of the op in total? Prob gonna go with Dr. Madhu. Would you recommend him from your experience so far? cheers
  6. Aloha, Would really like to see pictures of how you're progressing. Your case is practically identical to mine, so I'm particularly interested as I've decided to go down the transplant route. Hope it's going well amigo.
  7. Thanks for the replies. Currently I don't take any meds, most due to the stories of permanent or long term side effects in some cases. I am young but my loss has been fairly extensive (wayne rooneys loss would be a very similar case, although i have fairer coloured hair) I understand that waiting till i can afford dr farjo is my only option for now, I was just trying to see if there was any other thing i hadnt thought of that could help. would you say meds are worth the risk and would how much help would they be? Thanks again.
  8. Aloha I am very interested in getting a FUT HT. I'm 24 but look im my 30s due to this and has massive affects on my confidence in everyday life. But you already know this, I imagine, being in a similar place. Long and short of it is, I took a long while thinking about it , and I want to do something. I have researched this procedure greatly, and its the one for me. Its not going to fix my hair completely but it may give me a confidence boost. The problem is, however, finance. I considered going to Ziering UK, as they seem to offer finance. I can prob swing like ?1500-2000 down and would be able to make the payments on the rest. I'm a student, so money will be hard to come by. Ziering UK doesn't seem to have a good reputation, and their UK docs even less so, from their previous companies. Dr. Farjo seems to be the only choice in these parts, and would be my 1st choice, but i can't afford without some part finance which I don't believe he does. so really the help needed is this. - Am I correct about Ziering not being worth my time. - Is there any way financing options you may know of, that would help me afford a reputable uk doctor - Are there cheaper but respected options elsewhere. - Anything else you feel I should know. thank you.
