  1. Hi Logansays I'm planning a future transplant with Dr. Madhu. I would like to know I have a large area to cover and I wonder if they will do both the front and crown area in the first session. Is spreading the available grafts equally over the whole scalp (front, mid and crown) possible in one session with Dr. Madhu? Thanks Jim (JkR)
  2. Simply complicated Is it that difficult for you to atleat share your post operation experience after this long period, if you are not interested in posting the pics ??? If this was your idea, you shouldn't have given your experience in the first place. JkR
  3. Hi simply complicated I'm very much eager to know the updates after your 6 months post surgery. It will be highly appreciated if you could at least share your experience in this period's result so that it can be a help to many in taking a final decision whether or not go ahead for a surgery with Dr. Madhu. Please do reply. Thanks JkR
  4. Hi simply complicated Greetings, We are all interested to see your 6 months post surgery results so far. Kindly request you to upload the pics. Good day mate. JkR
  5. Hi simply complicated, Thank you for your detailed information sent. But just a quick question, Is your head noticeable to others that you had an HT ? I ask this question because, some say post HT can cause redness and scabs on the recipient zone. Are you experiencing any of these complications ? I need to be on work within the next 5 days post HT. But I worry, how it may seem to others ? I wish, i could take some more days on leave. Thanks JkR
  6. Hi All I happened to see a blog that talks on shockloss and how can one reduce it. Hope it might help a few who is considering an HT in the future. Pl. visit Good Bye Hair Loss - Blog by Dr. Bishan Mahadevia: Shock loss or Reactive loss or Post surgery effluvium Thanks JkR
  7. Hi simply complicated, Just would like to know, your present status post HT. Do you see preliminary growth ? Are you now on any medications ? Any shock loss (recipient / donor) ? Thanks JkR
  8. Dear All,.. Wishing you a very happy and blessed DIWALI,..!!! Enjoyyy,..!!! JkR
  9. Hi simply complicated,.. Thank you very much for taking time to give a clear picture of your updates. Happy to know that its been two months now and I don't believe you have to wait long, may be for a month more or so to see the first start of results. I was startled that you haven't mentioned anything about your donor scar. Hope it is not visible now. Anyways, I would advice you to please call up or forward your concern to Dr. Madhu personally, about shedding hairs in the morning which you have mentioned above. To my opinion, I believe it is only a phase of shockloss and nothing to do with Finasteride, so you shouldn't worry much about it. But it is always preferable to seek medical advice from the doctor, or it would have been nice if Dr. Madhu can answer you here. Anyways, seek your convenience to report this to him. Take care and get well soon. JkR
  10. Hi simply complicated Please comment on your present update of your HT progress. Please update latest pics if possible. JkR
  11. Hi simply complicated Ref to your above post, its almost a month now after your HT. Are the scabs and blood clots visible at the recipient zone ? Is the scar visible or covered with native hair,...? Thanks (Pl. post pics if you can) JkR
  12. Dear simplycomplicated As far as i knw about cardio exercises, it shouldn't affect your scalp as it does not cause any external strain especially to the donor sites or even to the recipient. JkR
  13. hi lifeneverhadaprobelm You are correct. If you visit a good dermatologist, they never encourage an a mid 20 person to take Propecia mainly because of the bad effects on sexual health, but it is varies from individual to individual on their decision. But according to me I think you have made a right move, of not taking it. It is fine with a mid age person. I am not under any medication. As per information from my friend in Hydrabad, Dr. Madhu charges Rs 50 per graft. I think it is also quiet reasonable if you can get the best of services, compared with cost to other HT surgeons world wide. You have many patient results from Dr. Madhu. It is wise to contact the clinic and request for patient results experience. Personal consultation with the doctor is always better, as said in his website. Hope this helps friend JkR
  14. Hi lifeneverhadaprobelm, Dr madhus procedure is worth going for in terms of cost compared with many surgeons in US and UK. You also get satisfactory services and of course appreciative results too. Please visit Dr.Madhu:::Hair Transplant Surgeon, India- Hyderabad::: for best Quality & Results::: to educate about advise for Hairloss I would like to know why you have not decided to take propecia, and only Minoxidil though your doctor suggested you to ? Thanks JkR
  15. Simply complicated, Thank you very much for your good and supportive words that you suggest Dr. Madhu. All your reply's have given a clear idea about your procedure. Thanks. Get well soon, wishing and praying you a happy hairy man. Do keep in touch. Thanks JkR
