    Thanks everyone for your comments. Mickey85, Dr. Feriduni used sutures in my case. I don't know why staples were not used. Anyway I think my scar stretched because of my physiology.

    I am honored to be patient of the week. Thanks a lot. Thanks for everyone's nice comments. Spanker, around 800 grafts were placed on crown. i had a scar at the back from accident in childhood. Around 60 grafts were placed there. around 530 grafts were placed on sideburns. And the rest on front.

    Its almost 14 months since my ht by Dr. Feriduni. I am very happy with the overall result. My scar is a bit stretched on the right side but its not visible as I don't keep my hair very short. My apologies for the delay. This is a great forum. This forum has helped me to choose a great surgeon. Thank you all for your support. Pictures are attached in the link below.     What about finasteride? Finasteride helps to maintain what you have and is one of the most important part of treatment. It is important to halt your hairloss before going into ht route. surgery without meds will result in playing the catch up game. Let's say you add 1k grafts to fill in some area then you lose hair from other area then another.

    Hello Lazzo. Are you already on finasteride and minoxidil? If not then you should start with that. These will help to stop/slow down further hair loss and may also regrow some of your hair. Don't rush into hair transplantation right away before doing your research. Stay on this forum for some time, you'll learn a lot. There are lots of recommended ht surgeons by this forum.     To add Shampoo: My doctor's post op instructions mentioned to apply anti-dandruff shampoo after 1 month if needed. Sun: Avoid direct sun light for around 3 months as your scalp is sensitive after ht. Wear cap when out in sun. I have never done any laser treatment and also I have doubt about benefit of laser treatment. I wouldn't do any sort of laser treatment after HT.

    Dutch is right. If its not possible to hide then its better to tell people at work. I was also in the same situation while I went back to work after 1 month. I was prepared to tell the truth if anyone would have asked but luckily no one asked anything. Maybe they noticed but I didn't care. Its actually not a big deal. Many people do ht now a days. Quitting job will be crazy. Also concealers work pretty well to hide ht. You can think of applying concealers if you don't want people to notice.

    I had surgery with Dr. Feriduni and I paid in the same way. It is not scam The beneficiary of the account is Dr. Feriduni himself. This deposit is required to confirm surgery date. I don't know about the payment methods of other clinics. May be others can enlighten us. Marraffa Cristian works in the clinic as Client service assistant manager. He contacted me regarding payments and also helped me to book hotel and arrange transportation. If you have confusion you can call them and ask directly.

    Both the doctors have good reputation and you shouldn't go wrong with either of them. I had a procedure with Dr. Feriduni 2 months ago. My advice is to have personal consultation with both the doctors and then make the decision. Choosing a doctor is a big decision and I think this is the one you have to make. Good luck.

    From the pictures it doesn't seem like you are receding. Looks more like mature hairline. I may be wrong. you can go to a dermatologist and check your hair.

    There are lots of good doctors in Belgium, which is close from your place. Some are Dr. Feriduni, Dr. Devroye and Dr. Bisanga. I had my ht by Dr. Feriduni. You should have consultation with these doctors. And do not rush into any decision - A big NO NO. Do your research. Check the work of different doctors. Good luck mate.
