Sam, For burning sensation I get that from most shampoos.... try to change your shampoo and see how it goes as some shampoos csuse allergy.... I find free&clear shampoo work best for.me. Also can you tell me where in UAE are you doing injection for ridging and with which doctor? Would those injection make the hair around the area fall ? Did it improve your ridging significantly ? I am.dealing with this ridging issue and looking forward to treat it.

I use regenepure dr (1% keto) twice a week and nizoral 2% once a week, but again nizoral 2% is available over the counter where I'm from.

IMO the implanting of the grafts is the most important part since it is very important to implant the hair in the right angles following the exact angle of your existing hair, or the result will not look natural.

One thing I'm surprised no one mentioned is that knowing this patient family history and the fact that he is not willing to take fin do you guys think it was a wise choice by the doctor to use 2500 grafts for that small area and work on the patient's temples as well ? I'm not expert but I think unless the patient has a GREAT donor area (which I can't judge myself) it wasn't a good call by the doctor to use that much grafts in that small area

I know where you coming from as Im not satisfied with my HT as well (was done with a different doc) and was thinking of going to dr. Hakan for repair but I'm glad I saw your post. I know it's easier said that done but try to not think too much about the future as you never know when would you lose the rest of your hair as it could be years from now so why to worry much about something you can't change now. I hope at least your result would be decent. My advice to you for now is to get on Rogaine foam and Nizoral (keto) ASAP and believe me they work and help you maintain what you have.

I don't know who is the best but in turkey it seems like dr. Keser is the only doctor who does the complete procedure by himself.

You might want to consider adding dr. Keser (turkey) and dr. Lorenzo (Europe) to your list as well

If it makes the hair looks good im thinking to make it my daily shampoo as they claim that it is very gentle and free of all harsh chemicals and has saw palmetto and so may other ingredients that might help against DHT (even if it's very little).... While using nizoral 2% once a week

You sure ? In their website they state clearly that the shampoo is FREE of sulfate and parabens a as well.. The regenepure NT (the one with no keto) is gentle. It has good ingredients and they claim that it gives the hair volume and can be used as conditioner.

I read that Toppik hair building shampoo is really good but I haven't tried it yet. It also contains no SLS

I have been using nizoral for the last 2 years with no problems. However, recently I bought regenepure and I don't know if I should make the change or not.... I like how regenepure is free of sulfate and other chemicals and is loaded with so many ingredients like saw palmetto and caffeine which might somehow help (very little) with blocking DHT since I'm not on fin. BUT I'm afraid throwing too many ingredients together might lessen the effect of keto. Also the studies That support keto helps with blocking DHT was done using Nizoral 2% not 1%.... So I'm not sure if using keto 1% multiple times will be as effective as using 2%.

Do you recommend using Nizoral 2% (it is OTC in my country) once a week OR regenepure DR 3 times a week ?

Are you satisfied with the angles of the transplanted hair? I think the main problem is not the grafts but the angles of them..... I really believe that when the grafts are planted in away where they stick up instead of laying flat down on the scalp the result would look thinner unless you keep your hair really long to cover the scalp... IMHO Having the grafts laying down forward on the scalp would produce a more natural and thicker result specially for short hair style as when you buzzed your hair to guard 2.... This is what I like about the results coming from turkey as the hair seems to lay down on the scalp instead of sticking up as I see with many HT results

Which of the 3 mentioned doctors would you guys recommend for a repair case ? And by repair i mean that it includes removing old transplanted grafts and replacing them or put other grafts in their location? Which doctor has the least invasive technique that would produce less scaring in do or area as i keep the back and sides of my head very short. I appreciate your feedback

i hope it works as advertised. one thing im sure of is that pro clinic is considered a reputable and having this product vouched by them and some other doctors is relieving. but i don't beleive that it has no sides at all, it still plays with your hormones, right ?

Dr. Nigam, can i ask who made this advt. ? Was it the member who added it or was it from your company ? Did the member just put 2 pics of you and claimed that the result is from HM or was this advt. done by you or anybody in your clinic or company ? With all respect, but when you have an advt. with before and after pictures and says that STEM HAIR MULTIPLICATION, dr. Nigam himself after 8 months, multiply 300 hair to 60000 hair) it's no brainer that everybody will beleive that the after pic is after you got 60000 hair from HM. and nobody, i mean nobody will ever even think that the advt. communicates just the potential of getting 60000 hair out of HM. You can ask any forum members here and they will tell you what they thought about the advt. Nothing personal but i really hope you avoid such deceiving advt. cause those things will cause more harm than good and will make you lose your credibility. .

Dear Dr Nigam, you missed my point here, i was not talking about how dense your vertex is in the pic, im talking about advertising a pic of your vertex and claiming that it's from HM (Stemcell Hair Multiplication (Multiply 300 to 60000 Hair). Where obviously you did not get 60000 hair there since you admited that HM didnt work good on you and you had to do FUT. so why FUT was not mentioned on the pic? also can you tell me how you had bad result with HM if you really got 60000 hair out of it as you claim, which is almost enough to bring a head full of hair in most cases.

On other post by dr. nagim himself he said that he did not have good growth with HM. therfore, he went through FUT, FUE and artificial hair. see, that's the problem i have with dr. nigam; advertising a fake pic for HM will get him nowhere. Edit: Actually no articial hair, below i quote exactly what Dr. Nigam said on other forum: "My mid-scalp results are from hair multiplication. I did not get good results on my vertex and hairline. Hence I did 1000 FUT on my vertex, will do dense FUE on my hairline next month and repeat the hair multiplication for more thicker growth on my whole scalp with new serum free growth factors" As you can see, the picture is mainly focusing on the vertex area which according to dr. nigam he did not have good results with HM there, so labeling the pic with Stemcell Hair Multiplication (Multiply 300 to 60000 Hair) is totally Deceiving and unacceptable.

I use "free & clear shampoo" which is sulfate free and formulated without dyes, lanolin, fragrance, masking fragrance, protein, parabens, formaldehyde. Anybody else tried it ?

Depends on your expectations. If you expecting to keep your hair long post ht and have it thick then you might be disappointed. If i were you, i would go for FUE (minimum scars) or HST (no scars) to frame your face and then keep your hair buzzed (grade 1 or 2), buzzed hair looks pretty good with a decent hairline.

I agree with blake, big claims need big evidence, unfortunately dr. Nigam failed with that so far. This has nothing to do with race. Dr. Nigam first claims that his doubling technique is 20% better than gho and then he said that he only been doing that for 2 months ??? Really?? so how did he know that his technique is 20% better than gho's hst ? No peer review papers, fake pictures that were photoshoped and when forum members found out about them he admitted and claimed that it was the mistake of his web developer!!!! He claims to do HM (which is the cure of baldness) yet in his website he offers FUE, FUT, FUE DOUBLING (hst), Artificial hair, Stem cell activation, aside with Hair multiplication.... We all want to beleive him but things don't look good at all so far Many ppl still doubt dr. Gho with all the evidence he provided such as peer review papers, winning lawsuits that been filed against him by some doctors in Europe, well documented online cases (such as gc83uk), cases on well known celebrities where everybody can see their results (such as dean saunders, Wesley snijder, and gerard joling), and his long history in the field of HTs. Even though dr. Nigam claims are way bigger than Gho. Gho only claims regeneration while dr. Nigam claims hair multiplication that can provide thousands and thousands of grafts. So how do you expect ppl to just believe him ?
