  1. Sorry! Dr Bisanga was my surgeon (second procedure with him) . I just updated my original post.
  2. I had 1,350 fue planted into my crown. Here are the results 6.5 months post op. Doctor Bisanga was my surgeon.
  3. Thank you. I’ll try to include some in my 7 month update.
  4. Thank you. Yes I’m going to try and grow it to 2/ 3 inches on top.
  5. I recently had my second procedure with Dr Bisanga. The first procedure procedure exceeded my expectations and I am waiting for the outcome of my second procedure. I spent 2 years researching and meeting different surgeons. I actively looked for negative reviews for BHR on the forums and I couldn’t find any that concerned me. I also met one “representative” for a clinic who had repair work with him! Nevertheless I still got cold feet and postponed surgery after I had made an appointment. My recommendation is to do your research so you can have no regrets.
  6. Today I am 4 month post op. To recap, I had 2700 FUE so approximately 1350 in the crown and 1350 in the frontal third. See attached photos pre-op and as I stand 4 months post op (note, the pre-op photos were taken indoors and the post-op photo of me in the Orange jacket was taken outdoors. Also, my hair was 12mm in length pre-op and is 6mm today).
  7. Matt Goss is on the left. Luke Goss, his twin brother, is on the right.
  8. Matt Goss always used to wear a baseball cap. Now he has a full head of hair which I suspect is a hair piece. However I think you’ll find the photo of the bald head is Luke Goss, his brother.
  9. Two months post op. I believe I may be seeing some activity, especially in the crown (see close up pic). I would be interested to hear your thoughts.
  10. Grafts taken from my back and sides. The pic attached shows my donor day 4 post-op.
  11. I recently had my second FUE and experienced the same discomfort in my donor from day 3. On a scale of 0-10, I rate it as a 4 however just one Ibuprofen tablet (200mg) reduced it to a 1 and really helped me sleep. I am now day 11 and the discomfort has significantly reduced. Considering the thousands of punches (and the injections), I think surprising that this is considered a "rare" occurence. I also experienced the same discomfort after my first FUE.
  12. As I sit here sipping green tea, I am reflecting on my second FUE with Dr Bisanga. My first session was four years ago and I had a result I never dreamed of. http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/173413-bisanga-fue-2995-dec-2013-a.html 11 days ago I had an additional 2,700 grafts dropped in to strengthen my crown and frontal third. I am now hoping for a positive result and will report back in four months. In the meantime, I would like to thank Chris and his team for the excellent post operative care received.
  13. I had surgery with Dr Bisanga in 2013. I spent 2 years researching to make my decision. Best decision I ever made and I have booked my second surgery with him which is scheduled next week.
  14. Great post. This topic is very relevant to me. My preference is a conservative hairline saving grafts to address the crown.
  15. Damn. I'm in a similar position with respect to my crown so I'll be monitoring responses closely.
  16. Hello Ontop. The photo in my first post in this thread is recent.
  17. Thank you Spanker. Yes - this may be the way to go.
  18. I believe I have 3,000-4,000 grafts left in the bank.
  19. Thank you for the response David & I agree I should proceed with caution. My hair loss in my crown doesn't seem to have progressed much in the past 2 years. Difficult to know if Regaine has had much impact but it hasn't made it worse.
