  1. That looks painful as heck. I’ave cut myself and had it heal and it hurts. I could not imagine having all those holes that had to close on their own. I guess with anything, the docs lived and learned; I’m glad that I was not a “student” for them at that time.
  2. You have to be stoked with the results. I use Head and Shoulders. Is that OK?
  3. Dude You rock. Not only are you serving with the troops, your also helping folks who are hair challenged. Totally cool. Also, you now have awesome looking hair. And I agree with everyone on this page, Gabel keeps knocking the results out of the park. Since your in the military, are you going to have to shave your noggin’?
  4. Thats what happened to me- the thick ones dissolved in my late 20’s; I had a shiny spot in my late 30’s and it stayed that way until I got the transplant. Some of my buddies had the same thing happen to them.
  5. Doc Its wild seeing my photos up. It was great seeing you today. Just watching the change from these photos and now today is really cool. Can’t wait to see what you do with todays photos and the video. See you next month. Just like a said in last writing, do your homework; find a doc that going to go all out for you; I was lucky to find one right here in Portland. What was really cool is that even on Saturday, he was taking care of his folks that he did surgery on the last few days. When i had my surgery, it was nice that the staff was available to do the cleaning. It gave me tons of confidence that he was there for me when I had questions. Ken

  7. Wow. What a trip seeing this video. I sure looked a whole lot different back then. What I can say is that the decision was easy when I did the consult, The surgery went without a hitch, and the results were way more than I could have imagined. I do believe that this is all because of the physician and staff. My advise Choose wisely or choose my physician. I have read some horror stories out there. You can cheap out on a suite, dinner, and a date, But don't cheap out on a proceedure like this. :-) Oh and before it is said......I am NOT being paid for this post, I do not usually put in my "two cents" but this experience was definately worth sharing. So Thank You Dr. Gabel and your extrodinary, personable, and professional Staff.
