    Has anyone used clinics in the Philippines, expec Manila, and have any feedback on surgeons there etc, please? I occasionally take holidays in the Philippines (based on either Cebu or Manila) and assume one can get a Hair Transplant done there at a more reasonable cost than in UK, but are the surgeons any good? Appreciate any feedback or recommendations etc. regards, Mike
