  1. We all are faced with these type of decisions and you have arrived at the right place for some answers from people that are very well versed in this area. As it has been said, we are not getting any younger buddy and nature will win out in the end. IMO you look fine but a HT would tighten you up for sure. Thing is these HT really do work and it's no myth that hair can be moved to other locations to a place we need em more. Blond hair really does well with the color contrast against the skin. Do research many Dr.s and results and talk with some past clients....I'm rootin for you.....
  2. Been well over two years since my HT. Strip method. Lately I have noticed a bit of tightness when I move my head all the way to one side or the other. The scar has never been an issue and I figure I have a bit of a lift in the back to lessen the neck wrinkles....Been thinking of going in for another pass but if the tightness would be worse it may not be worth it....I have not gained or lost a great deal of weight so that isn't a factor. Just old age....Just wondering if anyone has a similar thing going on.
  3. Establish a hairline has got to be the first realistic goal and reasonable coverage on back with the remaining. I personally was a 6 and I got 3451 in one session and really couldn't be happier. I was one of those guys that almost always wore a cap out now never. Good Luck
  4. Best money you ever spent is a mighty fine testimony and I'm happy for you. Looking Good!
  5. My wife removed mine. Was sure to have the Dr. check closer at my 8 month check up. No big deal really as they gave me a removal kit. Best of luck.
  6. Hey 20% off sounds good but have a long way to go to get to 100 posts. I mostly just read the posts and gain info.
  7. Sad but true it just gets worse for most of us. IMO take action and start treatments. May never need a HT if you can hold on to what you have. Good Luck!
  8. Wish I would have started years ago myself. In short these treatments work to save existing hair for sure. Don't sweat a little shed and just weather the storm for better days ahead. Is worth it.......
  9. Used liquid for years then stopped for a while then started again and made my head itch pretty bad. I have heard of others having similar problems. Switched to Foam and it works well with no irritation. Grow well and the best of luck!
  10. Stashthecash, I started on it at 8 months after HT. Dr. told me all HT Dr.s he knows take it. I'm 51 and wish I had started years earlier. Has kept hair from falling out but don't think it has grown much. Biggest downfall is the price at 3 bucks a pop at my drug store. So have since swithced to Proscar cut into 1/4's. Hope this helps and best of luck.
  11. Look to have reacted quite well to treatments and most likely will continue. IMO 3k-4k would frame your face quite well. You have done your research and have found a true winner for your HT experience. Thing is Morgan this will be life changing for you and I'm in your corner cheering for you all the way.
  12. That would really be the most obvious way to present the idea really. People are funny about these type of issues and word spreads rapidly. Myself, I work in the blue color environment and just wore a cap as I always have and only told my boss and very close friends.
  13. I work in a structural steel Fab shop and have worn a cap everyday for years and I only told a couple people at my job. Only family members at home my wife and son know about it. Thing is nobody really knew because I wore a Comb-Over from Hell when I just had to go out without a cap. Not even my own daughter that was away at college during healing has asked any questions. Had mine done in the dead of winter in the midwest and didn't really get out much. I would recommend taking a week off afterwards and just lay low for a while.
  14. I agree at over 3 bucks a pop for Propecia gets old real quick. My HT Dr. gave me a perscription at 8 month check up. I thought why not give it a try. I now cut the Generic Proscar into 1/4's and get a years supply for about what the Propecia was costing me for a month. So far so good and see less if any fallen hair in shower etc.
  15. Sorry but this seems almost laughable with no merit. Come on seriously?
  16. My older brother was taken in by this type system. I thought it looked silly but he liked it. They would actually glue it on with a pine tar looking stuff. After a few years he discoverd that about all existing hair under it was damaged and soon fell out. Now after spending thousands he is left wearing a cap or cue ball look.
  17. Looks like a new hairline! Really very important to framing the face and first thing we see in the mirror. Even better news is that you still have two VERY strong growth months ahead and beyond.
  18. I agree that at 4 months good things moving more quickly. Have you started any meds such as propecia or proscar? Is nice to keep each pecious hair as long as possible.
  19. Looking good!. The next couple months will bring even more joy. IMO given your full crown the 3200 should give a great end result. Happy Growing
  20. Good to here this. Been checking for months at a number of stores and all been out.
