    i had a HT but the sides are now thinning and i cant use minoxdil as the last time i did my scalp got really bad so i stopped. I take supplements probiotic ones but any advice on what else i can do? I use special shampoo but any idea on which is a good one? I use castor oil too every week as that makes the hair stronger and helps. What else would you suggest?

    Jinemed hair restoration in turkey is a no no - they dont tell you what is going to happen , you have no pre consultation the dr comes in only when the donor area has been shaved and the hairs taken out so he only inserts the hairs then he leaves. Most of the hair was on the floor. There is no follow up and no calls to see how i was doing. I complained to the uk representative and still no follow up. The hair is growing but i dont know what i should expect or if i looked after things well in the beginning. All in all not a nice experience a very lonely one indeed!

    I did go to turkey - what a terrible experience! No one told you what was going to happen the dr showed up at the last minute and they pulled most of the existing hair out! Do not go to Jinemed unless you really have to. They dont do follow ups even though i wrote to them to ask for one. I have dealt with the whole process on my own it was a terrible and traumatic experience i never want to repeat.
