I wouldn't worry I've done heavy workouts two weeks out and never stretched scar .. So 3 months I would think plenty of time but that's just my experience -

I stopped propecia several years ago because of the negative side effects .. I've planned my hair transplant based on that plan and just completed my last session 3 weeks ago .. You have to be willing to commit to multiple surgeries and remember there is only so much donor hair available so plan wisely

No worries .. You will be fine .. Just those first few days and then after 7 your good to go .. Surgery itself isn't bad.. I had 4 surgeries and just had my last one 3 weeks ago ... Good luck -

Just an FYI I got very detailed and verbal instructions from dr rose but its still stressful because you think you are losing grafts when it's just the hair and scab or bulb .. But then it grows and fear falls away ! -

Yes he is moving to Miami .. Bad for central Florida .. But I did manage to get my third procedure in last week and as usual stellar staff (dr rose needs to bring his lead staff Laura with him) .. one thing to remember when thi king about hair restoration is to think strategically about falling out hair in the future ..use your follicles wisely .. I am so ecstatic with my results from the first two this last one should just thicken things up and cover newly recessed areas .. Thank you dr rose and thank your Laura you have really restored my hair to something that I have been fearing .. Get it done if your thinking about it and only go to the very best .. Dr Rose !

Dr Rose is a great surgeon .. Highly recommend and don't go cheap .. Results are probably going to reflect that !

If you go to Dr. Rose's section/bio here and look at his results Im on the second row 1st in that row. Sorry I dont own those pics otherwise I would post them here. That was after my first procedure. Another thing is that my scar was undectectable. Another doc could not even find it and when Dr. Rose went to do my second procedure he had a real hard time finding it as well, pretty amazing in my mind !

Just wanted to drop a quick note and let anyone know who is considering Dr. Rose in Tampa, that I have gone throught two procedures (2300 and 1800 respectively) and cant tell you how many positive comments I have received about my hair. Most people are not aware of what I had done since my hair altho thinning and noticeable wasnt "bald" looking yet. Most people kept asking me what I did to look younger anyway. I would highly recommend the procedure and Dr. Rose and especially his staff leader, Laura, who is always was on top of everything before and after the surgery. Feel free to message me with any questions and Ill be glad to give you my thoughts. Best of Luck to anyone out there considering this, you will never regret it !
