Guys which Microneedle roller is recommended? 0.5 but which type ? i see these 540 version but the needles aren’t actually needles? But spikes.

i'm in the the us for 2 months and ran out of the 5mg proscar, in uae where in lived before its otc so no issue but here its not. does anyone have and advice or contacts ehre I can buy from? normally use the msd blue type

I have been using hot towel for weeks, it's not like I'm getting spots all over they are large lumps, will Post an image today Btw Im not taking about new graft growth on crown i'm taking about native hair growth after it was shaved, but as I said before I have had lots of new graft growth at the front so it can happen after 8 weeks. I have hundreds of new hairs on the front.

Hi all, I'm 8 weeks post op and experiencing a terrible time with lumps and pimples on large parts of my crown. Can anyone suggest things that have helped cure this. Becoming increasing stressful, used hot towel / tea tee which helped but suddenly it's worse again. The crown has zero growth and looks red lumpy and spotty so terrible the front has no lumps pimples and I'm seeing growth daily... the 2 areas couldn't be more different

Hi all I'm 3-4 weeks post op ( 3000 grafts FUE by Dr Bisanga ) looking for advice on products to aid recovery on the recipient area so moisturiser mainly? I have used oils but it's just to greasy so want something that I an apply easily without the grease basically Donar area is fine if fact you can't tell I've had any FUE.

I have decided it's time to have crown done, now 35 and I've had no further loss (in fact had growth in the last year?) in last 7-8 years. I've been in contact with BHR clinic / Dr Bisanga and they have been very helpful if advising me on the procedure. I'd like to contact at least 3-4 clinics then pick the one I feel comfortable with. I'm looking to Europe as I live in Dubai, having researched there are no worthy clinics in the midde East so ideally Turkey would be great but I want this to be one time thing so the price /location is important but isn't the key factor. I need 2000-2500 grafts Is there a top 5 list for Europe, or any previous posts to read through? Thanks
