    Nizoral is not recommended for every day use, I myself use it twice a week but have read can also be used three times a week. On the days I don't use Nizoral I myself use Nisim which works good for me.

    I've been on the big 3 for about 2 months, in my case it was reverse I was shedding less than I was before. I've heard people have huge sheds,minimal sheds or no sheds. Even though my shed has reversed I can see progress so I know its working, so for different people works different ways.

    I've been on propecia for 4 days now and have noticed a lot of post on shedding which is a good sign. When can I expect to start shedding or should I have started already.
