  2. And here's a recent client who had hair transplants done. We were able to give him the hairline he wanted where the transplant could not deliver due to lack of donor supply.

  3. "Imo even the BEST SMP doesn't look natural or that good." Really? I'd argue it looks very natural if done properly and far more natural than a shaved HT. SMP makes a massive difference in the way a person looks. I've seen it shave years off of someone's appearance. Having a hairline to frame the face is the reason why. I also think it looks far more natural than most hair transplants when they are shaved down. Here are some examples:

  5. Good luck with whatever surgeon you go with hairseeker. There is no such thing as asking too many questions when it comes to this surgery. This is something you want to get right from the start. I had six top surgeons in mind from Turkey, Belgium, Cyprus etc and I spent months before finally deciding on one. Many people have rushed in to this or tried to save money only to regret that decision for years later. There is no such thing as being too safe or too cautious. Please keep us updated on what surgeon you go for.

  6. I really doubt that you could have caused any harm to the grafted follicles 3.5 months after the procedure. It is the exposure to the sum immediately following the procedure that is a concern. More because it could cause a more permanent redness discoloration to the scalp.

  7. Thanks for clarifying. I think seeing some scalp in harsh sunlight is no big deal especially since concealer legitimately will help with that if someone is super insecure. Your hairline is great and you've got enough coverage that everything is very workable with a bit of effort, and if we're not doing this for appearance what ARE we doing it for? Nobody is going to walk up to you and count the number of hairs per cm on your scalp.

  9. For beard they said they could extract in excess of 3000 grafts. However the nature of beard hair is quite different from scalp and could have issues like see through. For the frontal area pics please see the thread of my HT with Dr Bhatti in my opening post.

  10. Never experienced any spots. It healed well. Now this might differ from person to person. Thankfully for me my skin heals well without leaving any scars. I grow out my beard at times and I also shave clean!

  11. Sure JJ, no prob. I started by purchasing the Dr Pen A6 microneedling Pen and some extra 12-pin needle cartridges back in early May. I started off microneedling my whole scalp with the 1.5mm setting on the pen 1x a week (no minoxidil or any topical) , I did this for a month then I purchased Kirkland minoxidil 5% liquid from Costco and started applying it 24 hours after microneedling on my 4 week session, then I decided to up the weekly sessions to gently microneedle every 3rd night with the needle setting set at 1mm and applying minoxidil and hour after, after another few weeks I swi

  13. Let me go into a tangent for a sec....When I think of an NDA, secrets come to mind. Not disclose what? Advancements in the industry? Something that's working? Don't get me wrong, lots of collaboration does happen at the ISHRS, for example. Many are involved to make this industry a better one. It is still amazing to me how many people still think a hair transplant will result in plugs. The ignorance out there is unreal...Or is it? I''ve witnessed doctors just getting started and having no clue....harvesting with a punch bigger than a 1.5. And, when making sites, rows! Can you imagine? Sti

  19. 14th month post FUE procedure w/Dr Erdogan & ASMED How fast time has gone by its crazy but I’m even more happy with my progress/results at this point...for full transparency I’ve added microneedling & Minoxidil & Nizoral a little after my 11th month post HT and I can’t say for certainty whether my improvement is due to natural maturing of the transplanted hairs or new growth or due to the microneedling & Minoxidil & Nizoral routine but I believe it’s the latter as my crown has filled in nicely in areas where there were no transplanted hairs. 1st 3 photos are from

  21. Nice results in three procedures. I’m sure your patient is quite pleased. It’s always interesting to see combo FUT/FUE surgeries.

  22. You can't get full density. Read further to understand why it may look like someone got that. Put the palm of one hand with your fingers touching together on top of your head facing back with wrist starting at the hairline. That is roughly about a NW 6 pattern. Now put both palms on the sides of your head. You'll see that two palms cover the donor area and one palm for NW 6 area, so the donor area is twice the size of the bald area even in a NW 6. Obviously this is a very rough example, but I need you to see that for the next part. If your natural hair before you lost any was at the

  24. "can I ask why you didn't just stick with shaved though? Really suited you" I know some people love to try and be nice/positive in all circumstances, but do you really believe this? The reality is that most people (importantly women) would look at the before shot and think he looks below average, potentially even somewhat creepy and a decade older than his age. For a guy in their late twenties the before shot looks outright terrible, no one in the world would be happy looking like this with the choice. Looks aren't everything and one can have a decent life as a bald guy but lets be real a
