I have a similar scar from my first and only HT surgery when I was in my 20's which I regret to this day ... Today, I'm also looking for repair options for the pluggy graft work to my hairline from the mid 90's. So I totally relate to your situation and story. I'm not going to be shaving my head as far as you have, but I'd like to wear my hair short which I cannot right now.
