Like many of you, I have been suffering in silence with my hair loss for approx 7 years or so and I had finally got to the stage where I had to do something about it. I could not accept the fact that my hair was going, and the longer it went on, the harder and harder it was to look at myself everyday in the mirror at my hair that was thinning, and thinning....and thinning!!

I have had various treatments done before, which, to no avail did not work! So after copious amounts of researching, I came across this website and Spex!

I had a very small window of opportunity to get the transplant done, and after Spex informed me of a cancellation with Dr Feller, I said yes to the proposed date and decided that I had to take the plunge! Prior to my procedure date, Spex was brilliant, giving good honest and reassuring advice whenever I needed. So thank you for that! By the way, if you are considering getting a hair transplant done, get in touch with him. You cannot go wrong!

Anyway, I had my surgery with Dr Feller during 7 weeks ago in NYC. The experience went really well.Dr Feller was very reassuring, and answered the 1001 questions that I had for him throughout the day! Afterwards, he said that my procedure had come together beautifully, so, upon leaving, I was very happy that I had chosen him as my surgeon! The procedure it self was fine, just really long. The worst part for me was the pain in the back of my head after the transplant, but with the painkillers I received from Dr Feller, I was fine again in a few hours.

Anyho, my recovery journey is now 7 weeks down and underway! The scar at the back is healing up well. This was something I was really worried about, but with some good work by my barber, and with a bit of Couvre, no one has noticed or said a thing! I am quite bald on top though as you can see from my pics!

Because I went through Dr Feller and Spex, I am very happy I had the transplant, and am quite hopeful that I will end up with a good result, but for now it is far too early to tell. I will keep you updated on my progress.
