Depends. Are you willing to travel or getting it somewhere locally etc. There are plenty of options. I had my first one done in 2000 and that time there were not many options and its one hell of an expensive procedure. I just got my 2nd procedure done for 3144 grafts and very happy with it. I travelled to an international location due to cost. even after my flight tickets, hotel, transportation cost, the price was still 50% cheaper than comparitive cost in US.
