Of all the products listed above, I truly believe the 5% minoxidil is the only product that will help regrow your hair. How long have you been utilizing the product? It can take a full 6-12 months to demonstrate true regrowth, so I'm glad you have some time before the wedding. Additionally, have you considered Propecia (finasteride)?

At this point in time, your best bet is likely scheduling an appointment with a physician (a Dermatologist, if possible) and undergoing a thorough scalp examination. Once the cause of your hair loss is understood, you and the doctor can help make a plan to rebuild some of what you've lost.
