i had some disappointing news today, I spoke with someone from the black rock surgery in Dublin and was told that I am not a suitable candidate for ht.the reason being that I have had previous surgery and they won't do a ht using hair from the sides of my scalp where I seem to have an abundance of hair, I was also told that they would need to shave my complete scalp, I am only really interested in the u fue procedure as I wish to conseal the ht as much as possible one reason being that I am a working musician and would feel quite uncomfortable being completely shaved. Can anyone give me advice or tips on this, my concern is the crown is very thin and I would like to improve the front hairline density, how many grafts would be required ?
