3000 grafts FUE Dr. Prashant Yadav Desire Clinic Pune 6 moth result

Graft-DistributionHello Friends,



I have done FUE 6 months backs from Desire Clinic,Dr,. Prashant Yadav Pune .I would like to share my experience that might help other.



I started searching on internet best doctober in Pune and India. It took me 2 to 3 months to come to conclusion which doctor i need to choose. I visited almost all clinic in Pune(paid 500 to 1200rs for just visit) but finally selected Dr. Prashant Yadav,Desire clinic Pune. The reason I selected Dr. Prashant Yadav because:


1)His clinic provided contact details of their old patient which did HT.(I met 3 people personaly.1 had done HT 10 months back,2n had 6 months and last one had 2 month back HT from Dr. Prashant. They all were satisfied with result and personally I feel the result were good for 10 and 6 month guy and 3rd one was just new 2 month)

2)I visited him 2 to 3 times Dr. Prashant and asked him lot of new questions about HT and when i got all answer I decided to go HT from desire clinic.

3)I feel he is honest doctor not business doctor.

4)No other clinic was ready to provide contact details of old patient.(The intension here not to comapre which clinic is good or bad It just my personel decision)





I do not want to write very long post here and would like to share few details:



1)I planted 3000 grafts with FUE.

2)The surgery stated around 8:15am and complted in evening around 7:30pm with lunch break and a tea break.

3)The other experience was almost simliar which is described on every forum

4)I am shairing my pics before surgery and also current pics( 6 month after)

5)As per planned schedule,I am still following up with Dr. Prashant after my FUE . We need to follow it till 1 yr. after procudure. I am taking care all instruction which one need to follow after FUE procudure.




Feel free to ask any other details which might help individual to take their decision.



Note:The intension here is not to promote any doctor or clinic. I am just shairing my experience becuase this forum helped me a lot. The final decision would be yours as you all are capable to taking your own decision.

Hello Peter,

 

Today I completed 1 yr of my FUE from dr. Prashant Yadav. I am very happy with the results. Especially the density looks good and I am hoping it should become more think in next 3 to 6 months.

 

Last day,I meet 1 of my friend after almost a year. We had hi/hello and his next question was, Have you done something to your hairs?

 

I was shocked by hearing it because we were meeting almost after a year and his 2nd question was about my hear. The difference is surely noticeable in my case. Thanks to Dr. Prashant Yadav and his team.

 

Please share your opinion about my result. Specially senior members in this forum should guide me if I can achieve more density.

Was the focus of the 3000 grafts primarily to the hairline or throughout the entire top-mid scalp to the Hairline?

 

Recently I had 3000 graft FUT procedure and I my balding pattern was very similar to yours (but not as extensive) and I was told by someone in the forums here that 3000 wasn't enough for the area I had covered. Yours looks great and you seemed to cover a lot!

Hi PeterRabit

 

I remember that doctor had put 1000 graft near left hairline and 1000 near right hairline(if u want I can send my snap as well for better clarity). He told that It would give good density around hairline. The remaining 500 grafts were inserted near left mid scalp and other 500 grafts were near right mid scalp.

Perfect, thanks! I don't know if it's a bad thing but I never really asked my doctor how he would be distributing the grafts. I explained the appearance I was going for and he worked out the hairline and implantation. I kind of want to ask him out of curiosity but I don't want to sound insecure in his work. Either way we will just have to wait and see how it looks once it really starts growing in.

 

I noticed you styled your hair in a comb-over. Do you do this to hide any residual thinning in the mid-scalp is is it all pretty thick now even with only 800 grafts in that particular area??

Hi Peter,

 

My mid scalp has pretty hair enough now. I am not hiding it as 800 grafts has covered it well. I guess proper medicine,precaution is helped my in recovering well.

That's reassuring to hear. Now, for me, it's just a waiting game to see how well everything grows in. I am currently doing Propecia (Generic) and Rogain Foam (Generic) as well as shampooing with Nioxin so this should prevent any further hair loss until a cure comes out! haha.

Hi fuee2015

I can notice that the crown area drafts are less than front area. Please let me know if this is ok. Putting less grafts on the crown area , will be scalp will be visible in this area.

Please advise

Also secondly , can you please post your pictures just after the surgery,

I want to ask you a question. 800 fue which was placed on middle of your scalp, was the existing hair were removed first i.e new hair were placed on existing one or were placed in gaps. I am asking this question as I currently visited a clinic and they suggested me that they will implant the new hair on existing one which no one said before.
