Comments about hair loss treatments you've tried or are considering:
Mesotherapy/PRP with Dr Nitin Jain, Dr Pradeep Kumari, Pune, India:

Course:
1. Mesotherapy (with Dermaheal HL solution for initial 2 months).
2. PRP Scalp treatment twice a month, since past 7 months. (they take your own blood, process it and inject into your scalp)
3. Minoxidil 12.5 %, once daily at night.
4. Biotin tablets, once at night. (Keraglo Forte)
5. Trigaine shampoo twice a week.

Mesotherapy/PRP treatment (for 9 months) was able to stabilize my hai loss, but it a very costly, and there is no value for money. I got an illness (chicken pox) and all I lost shockingly about 25 percent of my existing density all over my scalp. What's the use of such a costlier treatment that promises to strengthen your hair, but you loose all in just a couple of week long illness!

Mesotherapy/PRP was done every 15 days on an average. On the day of taking mesotherapy/PRP, I used to loose average 50 hair due to shock loss, and then the hair fall reduces to minimum for next 10 days, and then starts again. This treatment is illogical, I would not recommend it at all!

I have just undergone hair transplant with Dr Radha Rani a week ago, and after consulting her, I am switching to Minoxidil 5% and Finseteride.
