You are pretty thin all over. You could probably use 3-4K grafts. That crown will eat some grafts. I'd be more worried about the middle and hairline.

Honestly the older you get the less important the crown...

Obviously depends on how many 1s, 2s and 3s that are harvested.

I agree. The 3rd picture is the one where it looks the worst to me. To me it looks more thin from the sides than the top down angle. You could really benefit from rogaine and propecia.
