    • Hi,One young boy got a hair transplant at the age of 22 years from a technician. His hair loss was progressive in nature and 4 years later he visited ( 27th Nov 2023) me and I performed a treatment and gave him a topical lotion to apply once at night time. Six months later he visited ( 22 April 2024) me for his second treatment. See his before & after improvement.
    • Here is a video i made for some of my consultations. The donor sometimes can seem and look fine at times, so im not sure what the donor actually looks like. It seems to change depending on the area im at. So, im not sure if its just harsh lighting, i know its overhavasted but dont know truely how bad  VID_108041113_212624_112.mp4
    • Questions. 1- A man who wants to conceive doesn't have to stop finasteride right ? 2- And if he does it'll will only be for the first three months of pregnancy ? 3- If a man stops finasteride for all the pregnancy, what drug/alternative can he still use in order not to lose ground ?
    • I had HT one month later in October and see the same issues with density as xXFOLICILEDOMINIONXx. So far I found a lot of videos/pictures of men with similar amount of transplanted grafts (~4500) after 6-7 months and they have perfect effect for me, I mean I would be happy to have such effects after entire healing period (~18 months). Unfortunately, my hair look similar to xXFOLICILEDOMINIONXx, bad density, lot of empty spaces and I don't believe that somehow magically there will appear strong and thick hair. My question is: does it possible to expect fully/partially refund of money instead of using guarantee and having free HT if +10% of grafts will fall out. In my opinion I lost at least 40% (could be more I'm not an expert) of grafts and honestly I wouldn't like to go for next HT there. I'm disappointed of current results, feel that donor area is wasted (around 2000 grafts are not re-growth), so I don't want to risk next waste of donor. This is very frustrating that I see in the mirror/photos that the only difference between before and after HT is partially covered receding front hairline. Also, I have a big claims to myself that I decided to read all that kind of forums and groups. I found there a lot of advises to not go to hair mill clinics, because I will regret over harvested donor, but now even if it's not over harvested there are a lot of grafts wasted. And it turns out in lot of them (Clinicana, etc) people have pretty good effects - at least in recipient area. Honestly, in current situation I'd rather to have over harvested donor and fully cover recipient area instead of having maximum half of expected effect and wasted a lot of grafts from donor. I would shave donor for '0' or '1' and make micro pigmentation, then I would have good looking hair.
    • I remember you said this and thought it was interesting. I met Dr Sever in person last week and despite having had 3,555 FUE grafts taken out already (just like you!), he said to me that he could "easily get 4,000 grafts" from a strip surgery in my case, plus I'd still be able to have FUE as well (and I'd be a good beard graft candidate as my head hair is naturally more coarse so matches beard better). In my case he doesn't want to do strip yet as it's not needed. He wants to do 1500 grafts to bolster the midscalp and reinforce the frontal third and also wants to extract around 150 or grafts from the hairline as he thinks it's a bit too linear and needs more irregularities. He said my donor was "great", which was a relief! It's nice to get good hair news, but thought it was worth sharing to show how estimates and considerations can vary a lot between from the same doctor seeing different patients.
