How are you feeling about your progress? It looks pretty good and you have a lot of time. How many grafts in total have you had? Do your friends know and what are they saying? Seems you have spent a lot on not much loss. I would consider waiting until you lose more natural hair before taking the leap again, as you are still pretty young.
I am not telling you anything you don't know.

xlent design!
even at 4 months you must be stoked! you've made wise decisions re: your hairline transplant and compared to other hairline transplants i have seen yours has made a significant difference in the framing of your face totally worth it and made me make the leap as well
