L'Oreal Warned by FDA over Questionable Marketing Tactics
With L'Oreal having recently released its anticipated Neogenic hair loss treatment, it's interesting to note that they were recently warned by the FDA to stop marketing cosmetics as if they were drugs.
The warning was centered around claims the company has made about some of their extremely expensive anti-aging creams but it's not hard to imagine that similar exaggerations may be applied to their new hair loss treatment Neogenic as well.
