Default severe hair loss 16 months postop

With in the last week my hair has started to severely thin and shed to the point of bald spots.
Im losing a lot of hair each day even implanted hair. I have been on propecia for 2years now and my results after op was awesome and I was super happy with results.
I recently started rogain and other vitamins. Im not really sure what has changed that would effect my hairloss in this manner its as bad as when I had shock loss after sugery.
If any one can give me some insight as to if my implanted hair will grow back?
Is there anything else I should be doing to combat this situation?

Not sure. Pics are always nice. Is it in a NW pattern or everywhere, including the sides? Rogain can trigger a shed. If a lot of your implanted hair has shed, you need to see your doctor.

Spanker is probably right. Rogaine is notorious for causing sheds. It could possibly be your genes catching up to you but if you just started Rogaine then all signs point to that.

Yep, it certainly sounds like minoxidil is the trigger for the shed especially that pronounced.

Are you using the 5% foam Rogaine?

I'm sorry if I wasn't clear I only started rogain this week to try and stop the shedding .
So rogain is definetly not the cause

Are you by chance starting to use anything like Nioxin or other scalp invigorators?

What suppplements did you recently start?
