No quality hair surgeons in Australia that do FUT, let alone FUE. If you require a decent amount of grafts(2,000 plus) I say check out Dr. Lorenzo, Feriduni and Bisanga. All located in Europe. These guys are not afraid to push the bar when it comes to big FUE sessions, especially Lorenzo. However it would be wise to have 2 sessions broken up instead of one big 3,000 session through FUE. Don't want the grafts sitting out too long whilst the others are being extracted and then waiting for the incisions to be made and then all 3,000 grafts to be implanted.

All doctors mentioned by Mickey85 are great but you have there in Australia, the inventor of FUE technique. He has huge reputation, Its Dr. W.... Haven't you considered him?

Dr. W may have invented the technique, but I assure you that Australia is in the backwater when it comes to most cosmetic surgeries. FUE is difficult in even the hands of an experienced FUT hair surgeon. I would cut out all variables and go with either Bisanga or Lorenzo, Lorenzo first because he has many more documented cases and is strictly FUE only.

You can try Dr. Mwamba. His work is very similar to Bisanga most of the time plus he is recommended here :-)
