Hey Mate!
It's hard to give a general comment from just one photo. Your photo does appear to show a general Norwood 6, but also perhaps some overall diffused thinning which may have underlying medical causes. The best thing to do is get a thorough and complete microscopic evaluation directly from an HT surgeon. Many of the recommended surgeon do it online. Our office services this way daily. Don't struggle with the unknown get the facts and you will be able to consider the best options for your hair restoration. All the Best, Michael

You are diffused all over. Your NW pattern is what I would call a NW6D ("D" for diffused). The overhead view shows a NW6 pattern but it is a bit unusual in that the one side of the pattern has more actual loss than the other but make no mistake about it, surgery would be a bad idea. I would think that SMP would be ideal for you but I would highly recommend you try the #1 buzz before you try SMP (if you haven't already).
