Exclamation Questions about Scalp Micropigmentation

Don't know if this is the correct thread to ask some questions. Feel free to move my post.

What happens leading up to the two year limit of the pigmentation? Do the dots fade into nothing? Do they begin to blur causing a hazy spread of pigmentation?

Can any color changes be expected throughout the life cycle?

Do they attempt to match the tone/color of each individual patient's hair/skin?

How soon after an FUT procedure would this SMP be considered safe to attempt into a scar?

If Feller is impressed, can we expect a satellite office in NY?

Thanks.

Hi - Sorry for delay i was replying to what you wrote on my topic but it seems to have been deleted for some reason...

Over a two year period on average the ink fades on the average patient. Some patients depending on the external elements they put their scalps will fade sooner, ie Sun etc

The ink will fade away as its a natural product with the technique i have recieved. There is no hazy/spreading so i have been told by Milena Lardi.

The colour only fades , doesnt change if that makes sense. Its for the patient to time his/her "top up" session in accordance with their fade timeline.

The colour matching is attempted to match the individual.

I personally would recommend 12-18 months post op FUT before attempting TP into it.

Dr Feller and Dr Lindsey are both interested in learning more. We will have to wait and see.

Best

SMP has certainly caught my interest over the last week or so.

Spex, I watched your video with Beauty Medical over the weekend and it was a great watch.

I do have a question regarding the fade. Does it fade away to literally nothing? In other words, if I was to get this procedure done as a one off, in 10 years time would there still be ink on my head or will it be completely gone? Obviously as my hair loss increases and my hairs eventually turn grey.. I wouldn't want to be left with black ink on my scalp!

Cheers!
