Do you know if a Grade 2 UK cut translates into a #2 setting on a clippers in the USA? Perhaps by mm length of hair?

First of all, congrats with your procedure and thank you for all the info . However, this is completely my opinion that I can't see anywhere near the effect of the procedure until you have a buzz cut. Also i don't see the reason why you do this if you plan to use your hair that long.

Don't get me wrong please, nothing offensive. Just my 2 cents.
