Hi there,
I think most of the good docs out there have dealt with people with all types of hair and nationalities. I would spend yr time checking out all the docs on here and trying to speak to as many patients as possible to find the doc who you feel most comfortable with Best of luck

Asian patients are no different than caucasian. Any good hair restoration surgeon will do a good job. African American hair is the tough one because the hair keeps curling under the scalps surface. Being in Tennessee, you will have to travel a bit to find a good one.

An important thing to know about Asian hair is that you must find a surgeon that understands the difference in hairline for each ethnicity. A surgeon should know that Asians and Blacks usually have a lower hairline (as low as 6.5cm from mid-eyebrow). Whereas Caucasians are generally higher hairline. It depends on your overall facial structure.
