Biotin brands in india
Hi,
What are the best biotin tablets brands/companies in India? i am currently using Trichoton. Wanted to check others too?

Folliderm has biotin 5mg? Isn't it overdose if we take 5mg biotin daily? I am looking for 2-3mg biotin tablets. If I find one I will post you. Let me know if you find lower dose biotin tablets in india

Hi, just to let you know, for the biotin to be effective you need a high dose, I'm currently taking 5000mg capsules once a day.
The best quality and brand that I've found is American and it's called Now Biotin and it's available from Amazon.com. Not sure if anyone in India sells this brand but it's worth tracking down the best. Biotin 5000 mcg - 60 Vcaps® - NOW Foods Good luck. Best wishes - Alejandro
