In my experience, using Nizoral 2% more than twice a week can lead to dry hair and a potentially itchy/dry scalp. But I imagine everyone has a slightly different experience. It sounds like you're using a fine amount of Nizoral to me. You could also consider alternating it with Revita shampoo, which is much gentler on the hair and still contains 1% ketoconazole. Also if you dont like Nizoral as it may dry out your hair. Check out Regenepure Shampoo.. Here is a review about it. I ordered it already as a replacement to Nizoral.
