Mild testicle pain normally accompanies the use of finasteride in the first couple of weeks. Thereafter it normally subsides. After 30 days it's not as common. I suggest contacting your prescribing physician. You may also want to cut your dose to .5mg daily or discontinue it entirely until you've had the chance to talk to your doctor.
