This fellow lives near the office. We did 2200 grafts on him to address a thinning frontal area last Christmas. Shown are 4 and 7 month pictures and pictures from last week. He’s growing great plus his scar has faded nicely. Although a smaller case, and a conservative hairline, I expect it to stand the test of time and look natural as he ages. One last point, his hairline that we designed is slightly above a few “stragglers” that will likely go in the future. Consideration was given to putting the hairline a little lower and including that area, but his family history is class 6+, and his dad has been to the office, so in the interest of saving hair for the future he opted for a more conservative design.
