This is my first post. I'm so glad I found this forum recently.... it's helping me so much psychologically. So thank you all in advance. And I hope to contribute as much as I can in the future.

I started taking Propecia in late August 2011. At first I immediately noticed less hair loss in the shower drain, but recently, I noticed significant amount of shedding right around 4th month and 1 week mark.

I understand that everyone reacts differently to Propecia.... and that shedding is normal (and a good thing). I'm just concerned that I started shedding after 4th month. Did anyone else start shedding after 3rd or 4th month? I'd love to hear from others.

Also, how long can I expect the shedding to continue? I'm in my 3rd week now.

I haven't used Rogaine or Nizoral Shampoo yet but after reading several posts on this forum I am about to start.
