Default How best to use NIZORAL?

Hello all

Well I got some of the NIZORAL product and was wondering how best to use it.

Obviously the product is meant by the makers for dandruff and they don't mention anything in the instructions on how best to use it for hair loss.

So I was just wondering what might be the best way?

Can I or should I use the product every time I shampoo?

If not, should I use it a at least as much as I can for the first few months?

Should I be leaving it in for some time, or should I just rinse it right out?

Thanks for any help.

I am sure there are lots of different methods for different people... but I was told use Nizoral 3X per week and leave it on at least 5 minutes to penetrate the scalp properly.
(Again, everyone is different and may use it differently or have success by other means.)

Hope this helps!

Twice a week. Never use it more than that, it will damage you hair as it will strip it out from its natural oil and may change its color. Twice a week is Perfect I believe.

I use it on Mondays and Thursdays leaving it on for roughly 5 minutes.

Twice a week for the first few weeks. Maybe even less than that after awhile. Don't expect much for your hair loss from the shampoo - but it does the scalp good.

Kind of surprised today when I tried two pharamacies, a grocery store and a Target.....none of them had any Nizoral. A couple of them had the shelf space for it because I could read the little shelf tag but it was all sold out. Is that typical?..go to 4 places and none of them had it? I suppose I will order on-line.

It's my understanding that Nizoral is becoming less and less available. I believe however, Nizoral is still available via our discounted online hair loss product shop. Click here to buy now. To see how to obtain an additional 20% discount, click here.

But since the active ingredient ketoconzale is what's highly coveted in Nizoral, you may want to consider purchasing Revita shampoo, which contains the same percentage (1%) of ketoconazole as regular strength Nizoral. It's also much gentler on the hair.

Revita is a little more expensive, but you can use it daily and it contains a number of other ingredients that can aid and promote healthy hair growth. Note the difference however, between "promoting healthy hair growth" and "regrowing lost hair" as they're not the same.

Best wishes,

Bill
