I don't want un use finisteride until we have our next child. I've read that a natural alternative can also reduce the dreaded dht. Saw paletto. Any body used it?

im on Saw Palmetto since 1 week. its early to say something...

Many friends of me uses it. They are happy with it. 320mg Saw Palmetto which contains % 95 fatty acids and 200mg Beta Sitosterol.

at least better than nothing. Saw Palmetto, Beta Sitosterol, Omega 6, Omega 3, B vitamin complex, Pumking seeds should be enough.

I tried it for about a year once. Waste of time and money. There has not been one report of a child born with a birth defect due to paternal finasteride use.
