Default caffeine shampoo

I've read about the potential benefits of nizoral shampoo and I'll also read about potential benefits of caffeine in shampoo. I've read that it can penetrate the scalp and stimulate the follicles.
Anybody any thoughts or used it?

newby,

Personally, I've not seen any convincing evidence that caffeine shampoos are effective for hair loss. Nizoral on the other hand, contains ketoconazole which does seem to work as a mild DHT inhibitor.

While probably not an effective treatment on its own, I think it's a fine complement to Rogaine and Propecia.
