Good stuff!

One thing that made a huge difference in my hair texture (yes, and thickness) was to condition daily. I use Fructis 3 minute olive, shea and avocado conditioner and it seriously works wonders.

My hair is a bit coarse and frizzy and this smooths it out. BIG fan of Kerastase Capital Force products but very expensive.

I'll have to try the thickening products mentioned

Thanks
Jobi

I wanted to amend this thread with something I discovered recently. The fish oil I have been taking seems to have made my scalp/hair extremely oily. I have never had oily hair and believe me when I tell you, it has been VERY oily after about 6 weeks on fish oil. I stopped the fish oil now for about a week and my hair/scalp is just starting to recover. I am not saying everyone will react this way to it but I sure did. The rest of the above protocol is working beutifully for me.

Yes fish oil does seem to have that side effect. It is usually taken by people who have psoriasis to help them with the dryness of their skin.

I hear good things about the head and shoulders. I think I will give it a try.
