What type of fish oil are you taking?
Have you tried Krill fish? Its 6x more absorbable than regular fish oil. Not to mention studies have shown that alot of these companies are selling rancid fish oil

is better Aveda hair potion or Samy fat hair thickening cream x ticker dense fuller hair? what kind of Kerastase Capital Force Shampoo do you use ??? oral msm ticker your hair? thanks in advice!

I think the samy thickening cream is better than Aveda.
Kerastase capital force densify is what I use. For a much cheaper option, pantene flat to volume works awesome as well. MSM does not thicken the hair but makes it healthier as well as makes it grow faster.
