I had my septorhino (and oto) plasty yesterday. My HT cost me about $16,900 and this cost me about $15, 700 so that's a lot for two surgeries in a 4 month span (tho the septo was the main goal; the other two were just mini tweaks.) After this, though, that's it.

I'm hoping to get my septum corrected as well; I remember my father going through the surgery a few years ago and it seemed really painful, but hopefully it will help me breathe easier as well.

I've been researching online so far, different types of procedures and such, the only thing is most of the before/afters are of women and I want to see someone who specializes in men, I guess you could say.
Some of the best plastic surgeon are in Dallas and Houston, lots of wealthy clientele have the Lone Star state on the verge of actually out doing La La land in per capita procedures, the upside of this is a field of great cosmetic surgeons can be found in Texas, and much more affordably than in NY or Cali.

Were not allowed to link to surgeons because that would be soliciting, even though I work for none and would only be pointing you to suggestions but i recommend googling surgeons in Sugarland, Texas and Highland Park, Texas.

Rhinoplasty is big in those parts.

I had septo/rhino/oto, tho. Where did you have yours done? Mine was in NY, which is pretty expensive.

Default Just so I am clear...

I am so OCD so forgive me...I am having a surgical proceedure 11 months post hair transplant. I will receive local anesthesia and sedation. The proceedure will last about one hour. I am freaking out because I am worried that this will destroy my transplanted hair. After reading that some people are getting nose jobs a few months post ht I feel a bit better. Is it REALLY okay to have surgery post hair transplant? (Its for my foot--not really cosmetic, but my foot should look a whole lot better
