I had undergone a hair transplant 4 months ago and I see only some hair sprouting and also some black marks here and there. There is a small gap between these. Will hair grow in all the area without any gap. Please advice as I feeling tensed

It's a bit too early to make any assumptions about the type of growth you'll eventually achieve. At the four month mark, it sounds like you're starting to see some decent growth (which is good). If you would like to add some photographs to your social profile or a hair loss weblog, the community may be able to better analysis your situation. Good luck! I wouldn't worry at 4 months. Some people show at 2 months, some don't show until 6 months. It depends on a lot of factors.

Some people don't shed and continue growing!

I started to notice mine starting to sprout just after the 3 month mark...I wouldnt sweat it at all......
