On both 10/9/2008 and 7/2/2009, Dr. Parsa Mohebi performed a FUT Hair Restoration procedure on a 39 year old male with:
• Hair loss pattern -- Class III-V
• Hair color -- Dark Brown
• Hair character -- Slightly Wavy
• Hair thickness – Fine

Treatment Plan as of 09/26/2008 (date of consultation):
• Begin using Finasteride medication
• FUT Hair Transplant procedure--1200 grafts for crown/top only
• Secondary FUT Hair Transplant procedure-- 1500 grafts +
Planned 500 grafts to crown, 1000 grafts to front/hairline

FUT PROCEDURES PERFORMED:

1) FUT procedure performed on 10/9/2008
A Follicular Unit Strip Transplantation with 1821 total FU:
• 117 – single hair FUT
• 650 – double hair FUT
• 1033 – triple hair FUT
• 0 – quadruple hair FUT

Size of Donor Strip Cut:
• 18 x 1.2cm

2) FUT procedure performed on 7/2/2009
A Follicular Unit Strip Transplantation with 1694 total FU:
• 218 – single hair FUT
• 785 – double hair FUT
• 632 – triple hair FUT
• 59 – quadruple hair FUT

Size of Donor Strip Cut:
• 24 x 1.5cm

Nicely presented. I believe presentations like this with complete details including consultation day information and surgical and medical plan helps people feel more comfortable to make an informed decision for their hair restoration process.

They have the pictures and information from before hair transplant, recommendations and final plan including the number of surgeries and grafts transplanted and eventually the final pictures.
