Good charts spex,I personally have taken 0.5mg propecia every 40-48 hours roughly for 15 months no noticable further loss and slight improvement under close inspection.There is a chart somewhere that shows 1 dose lowers DHT significantly for 3/4 days and doesnt return to baseline for a few weeks, which is good news for anyone who cant take it every day like me because of sides.

Spex,

Thanks for sharing these. While I was taking approximately 1.25 mg of finasteride daily, I've been taking it 4 times a week instead and have been for the last 6 months. It seems to be helping maintain my existing natural hair below my crown as much as 1mg did. I wasn't experiencing side effects but decided I'd rather take less medication if I can get away with it.

I hear ya Bill - i am forever playing around with dose but only because i forget to take it on a daily basis - 10+ years and dtill going strong however.
