• Hair loss pattern -- Class VI • Hair color -- Black • Hair character -- Straight • Hair thickness – Thick Treatment Plan as of 02/18/2009 (date of consultation): • Begin using Finasteride medication • FUT Hair Transplant procedure--2500+ grafts FUT PROCEDURE PERFORMED: A Follicular Unit Strip Transplantation with 2995 total FU: • 504 – single hair FUT • 1651 – double hair FUT • 840 – triple hair FUT Size of Donor Strips Cut: • 17 x 1.7cm • 11 x 1.5cm
